Classic earrings on a sterling silver French hook, blown glass beads wire wrapped with a crystal detail.

My beads are hand made in the hotshop in a similar manner to rock candy.  I start with a bubble of glass and then layer it up with multi coloured powders and more glass to create patterns.  Whist hot the glass is then drawn out into a thin hollow tube before annealing.  Once cold the tube is cut, ground and fire polished to create the beads.

The earrings are presented in an aluminium tin with glass lid.
