Currently we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. 
Orders should be dispatched within 3 business days.  If your delivery is urgent, please email info@hotglass.co.nz before placing your order so we can do our best to accomodate you.

Delivery Times
Currently we only deliver to New Zealand addresses using the Go Sweet Spot Couriers. Once dispatched, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note Hotglass NZ does not deliver to PO Box or Private Boxes.

Tracking your Order
On dispatch you will receive a copy of the tracking number via email, so can view the progress of your parcel, and this will provide you recourse should there be any issue.

Damaged Goods
We take great care with our packaging to ensure safe transit of your purchase.  If there is visible damage to your package due to rough handling during delivery, take photo evidence, open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected. If necessary please notify us immediately at info@hotglass.co.nz. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
There are times when products may take a little longer to arrive than expected; for example, weekends and public holidays. If the item/s go missing entirely, or does not arrive within the suggested time frames, we will do our best to assist you to rectify the situation. We ask that you contact the courier company directly (using the tracking number provided) and also notify us as quickly as possible via our email address.

International Delivery on Request
We apologise that we cannot offer international shipping as a regular service on our website but we can work with you to have pieces shipped overseas on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@hotglass.co.nz if you would like to enquire about terms and conditions for international shipping.
