Refund policy
We have a return policy of 14 days from the time your parcel arrives.
To be eligible for a return, the glass must be unused, be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returned items that have been damaged by the purchaser.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange non-sale items, providing a request is made within 14 days of receipt, and the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@hotglass.co.nz before sending any items back.
If more than 14 days has gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return option.
The purchaser is responsible for all courier fees associated with returns and replacements and items must be dispatched within 7 days of the return being arranged with us. The item being returned must be safely and securely wrapped in its original packaging.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods. Please email info@hotglass.co.nz for instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Hotglass New Zealand does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however a refund will be acknowledged under the Consumers Guarantee Act for faulty or damaged goods.
